Advantages Of AC Shaft Kiln
Main features of AC kiln comprehensive technology include small land occupation, low investment, low energy consumption, stable quality, wide waste utilization scope, excellent cleanness and environmental protection and small impact of production scale on the main technical indicators.
Low investment: The investment per ton in the newly built equivalent production capacity is 60% of that in the dry-process rotary kiln;
Small land occupation: The land occupation of the newly built equivalent production capacity is 70% of the dry-process rotary kiln;
Fast factory construction: The factory construction period of the new production line is 70% (within one year) of the dry-process rotary kiln;
Low energy consumption: standard coal consumption for clinker per ton is <100kg, which is 90% of 110kg, the dry-process rotary kiln target; cement consumption per ton is <60 KWH, which is 63% of 95 KWH, the dry-process rotary kiln target.

Successful Cases Of AC Shaft Kiln
Heilongjiang AC Kiln Project
The factory eliminated the original two traditional shaft kiln and backward process equipment in 2005 and built a new cement production line with semi-dry process AC kiln of 1200t/d with two shaft kilns (φ3.8×8.5M) and one cement mill. The cement production line was successful and reached the standard. Stable production can also be maintained under the environmental conditions of 38 degrees below zero, and the comprehensive technical and economic indicators have reached the advanced level of the cement industry.
Qinhai AC Kiln Project
This is kiln transformation projects. It applies comprehensive upgrading technology for two new semi-dry process AC kilns (Ф5.6×8.8M) with daily production of 2,400 tons of clinker, and the technology was completed in August 2011 and put into production. The factory has become an advanced cement enterprise in Qinghai Province meeting the standards on environmental protection with a production value of 10,000 Yuan, the lowest energy consumption.
Yunan AC Kiln Project
This is a new cement production line constructed in 2012 with a construction period of about 10 months. It applies comprehensive upgrading technology for a new semi-dry process Generation II AC kiln (Ф5.6×8.8M) with daily production of 1,200 tons of clinker. It was completed in 2013 and put into production. The production lines of the factory are all brand-new. Since the first production, the indicators so far have been outstanding and the economic benefits are excellent.
Ningxia AC Kiln Project
This is a total waste utilization cement clinker production line in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. The ordinary Portland cement clinker production with 100% utilization of industrial waste instead of raw materials to start construction in May 2011 and began trial operation in June 2012. The project has been a complete success, and its energy consumption, emissions, etc. have reached the industry’s advanced level.
