working principle of cement screw conveyor

The material is conveyed to the metering reamer connected below by the feed port through the screw conveyor, and through the three tension sensors installed on the metering reamer, the weight of the metering spiral is sent to the controller with a voltage signal proportional to the weighing load, together with the preset reamer speed data. (In the case of double tube metering, the metering reamer runs at constant speed to push forward the material. That is, the speed signal is the design value of the metering reamer).

At this time, the instantaneous flow rate and cumulative weight value are obtained after the weight and speed signals are calculated. The spiral quantitative feeding scale control system compares the actual flow signal with the set flow signal, and adjusts the output control signal to the inverter through PID to dynamically adjust the speed of the feeding reaver, so as to achieve quantitative feeding.
