Working principle of mobile crusher
The material can be evenly sent to the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder, after breaking of jaw crusher, the materials will pass the conveyor into the impact crusher for secondary crushing, crushed material through the vibrating screen, certified materials are discharged from the conveyor, the material does not meet the requirements will be sent into the impact crusher again. The circular vibrating screen constitutes a closed-circuit system to complete the cycle crushing of raw materials, the finished product is discharged from the conveyor, continuous crushing operations.
Here is an example: Integration of operation (vibrating feeder + jaw crusher+ conveyor, impact crusher+ vibrating screen + conveyor): materials fall into the vibrating feeder, after the simple screening, be evenly fed into the jaw crusher, the crushed material is sent to the impact crusher by conveyor for fine processing, part of them meet the requirements of particle size of the finished product will be sent to the vibrating screen, the vibrating screen distinguishes the specifications, then conveyor send them to different windrow, others did not meet the requirements of particle size of the finished product will return to impact crusher for processing again.
