Raymond mill parts
The Raymond mill is mainly composed of the main machine, an analyzer, a fan, a finished cyclone separator, a fine powder cyclone separator, and a duct. Among them, the main body is composed of a frame, an inlet volute, a blade, a grinding roller, a grinding ring, and a cover.

Raymond mill working principle
The grinding roller is tightly pressed on the grinding ring under the centrifugal force, and the material is sent by the blade to the middle of the grinding roller and the grinding ring, and the material is broken into powder under the action of the rolling pressure, and then under the action of the fan, the powdered material is blown up through the analysis machine, and the materials that meets the fineness requirement passes through the analysis machine, and they are separated and collected by the cyclone separator, unqualified materials return grinding chamber and continues to be ground. The exhaust air is separated by an industrial filter cloth to form a powder.

The pneumatic separation process of Raymond mill:
After the material is ground, the fan blows the wind into the main casing, blows up the powder, and sorts it through the analyzer placed above the grinding chamber. The unqualified material falls into the grinding chamber and re-grinds, until the fineness meets the specifications. Qualified materials enter the cyclone collector with the wind flow, collect it and discharge it through the powder outlet, which is the finished product. The wind flow is returned to the fan by the return air pipe at the upper end of the large cyclone collector. The air path is circulated and flows under the negative pressure. The increased air volume of the circulating air path is partially discharged through the exhaust pipe between the fan and the main engine, and enters the small cyclone collection to do the purification treatment.
